diamond platnumz drops the most pan-african video you’ll see all week

From Mtv Base Africa==/      In 2015, Diamond Platnumz released one of his hottest collaborations to date, a track by the name of “Kidogo” which featured Nigerian duo, PSquare. He’s kept us waiting for a while, but this week the current king of East African music released the video for the hot single which has been described as the perfect track for “party rockers”.
If ever a video deserved to be described as truly Pan-African, it’s this one. The song was produced by a Tanzanian producer Shirko, it features two Nigerian artists and the music video was shot in Johannesburg, South Africa and directed by Godfather productions.
Although the Okoye brothers seemed to have put their quarrels aside to shoot this video with Diamond Platnumz, reports of their falling out continue to dominate the internet.
This week all the talk has surrounded the brothers’ decision to rename themselves individually, as they continue to distance themselves from the PSquare brand. Peter Okoye is now referring to himself as “Mr P” while Paul Okoye has changed his name to “Rudeboy” (Isn’t there already a Rudeboy Paul somewhere else in Africa?)
